Testimonials

"What we thought would be a straightforward sale ran into all sorts of snags to do with missing documentation and builders’ warranties, boundary issues and so forth. Lorraine handled everything not only with an admirable thoroughness and an eagle eye for detail, but also with unflappable good cheer at all times. At no point did any of our self-created problems appear to delay the process and if we were testing the edges of Lorraine’s patience or expertise at any time, it certainly didn’t show. Thanks, Lorraine, for a job extremely well done."

“I very much enjoy the [webinars], the trainer, Lorraine has got a great personality. I have enjoyed all the [webinars] so far, but these property [webinars] are like stand-up shows, I cannot wait to have time to watch another one!”
Student of a series of Lorraine’s webinars on land law

“Please tell Lorraine that she is my favourite!! I hated property law and even though I still don't like it, her approach to the subject during the lectures (and her drawings) not to mention her sense of humour... made ALL the difference!! :)”
Student of a series of Lorraine’s webinars on land law

“I wanted to drop you a quick note and say how much I enjoy your approach to the material and the lectures. They are very easy to digest and I appreciate your examples and the way you deliver the material without just regurgitating the workbook text. And it’s always appreciated in these lectures and the stress of test-prep to get little gems like “enjoy a glass of wine.”!’

I am making my way through your Professional Conduct Lectures and, despite that subject being one of my least favourite in the US because I found it very confusing (I was SURE I was going to fail - and I only passed by one point!) and I am - I dare say - enjoying it.’
